Andrew is a qualified South African Chartered Accountant with a Masters’ Degree from Oxford University. Andrew spent 10 years in equity markets in Hong Kong and South Africa, where he was an Equity Analyst at the global investment bank, UBS. After this he was responsible for the development and rollout of new businesses for the past 13 years, in his roles at Hollard South Africa and Deloitte Consulting South Africa. Andrew joined Capricorn Capital Partners UK Limited in 2019 to focus on the corporate services businesses across the wider Capricorn group. Andrew was appointed a Director of Malta-based CapServices Limited in April 2020 and is actively involved in development and implementation of the strategy of the company. Andrew serves on the board of the group’s other corporate services businesses – Hong Kong-based Asia-Pacific Accounting & Secretarial Services (A-Pass), and CapServices UK Limited, as well as on the board of CapConnect Limited, and is responsible for the business development of these services.
