We are Capricorn Capital Partners UK Limited (‘CCPU’ or ‘Capricorn’), registered in England and Wales with company registration number 09615026. Our registered address is Second Floor, Malta House, 36-38 Piccadilly, London, W1J 0DP.  We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under the firm reference number 748414.  We own and operate this website (the Site).

All rights granted to Capricorn may be enforced by Capricorn or any of its affiliates within the Capricorn Group, details of which can be found on our Website (Capricorn is also referred to in these Terms of Use as “we”, “our” or “us”).

Before you start to use our Site, please read this page (and the documents referred to in it) carefully. They will tell you the terms on which you may make use of our Site.

Your use of this Site is subject to these Terms of Use.  By using the Site, you will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use.  If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use our Site.
